ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (APP):Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Wednesday released 99,300 c
usecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 72,400 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA, water level in River Indus at Tarbela Dam was 1535.71 feet and was 137.71 feet higher than its dead level of 1,398 feet. Water inflow and outflow in the dam wa
s recorded as 38,100 c
usecs and 37,000 c
usecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa , Guddu and Sukkur wa
s recorded as 45,500, 66,900, 52,800 and 17,100 c
usecs respectively. Similarly, from River Kabul, a total of 15,600 c
usecs of water released at Nowshera and 4,800 c
usecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
